How to Book with Us

Call us on 0800 093 0810 for an informal chat. Our staff are all well-travelled and will be able to discuss your plans. We will then devise a tailor-made itinerary which meets your specifications, and provide you with a detailed quotation. Following your approval, we will be able to meet with you at your school and if required, give an initial powerpoint presentation to students and staff. Our in-house graphics department will also be able to produce marketing literature and posters for you to promote the tour. Once you have been able to recruit student members we will again be able to visit your school and make a formal presentation to students and parents, when any questions can be raised. We will also provide you with a detailed risk assessment and answer any safety questions you may have.

Once a quotation is accepted, we require a deposit representing 10% per person in order to confirm flight and hotel reservations and pay deposits to other suppliers.

A group booking form with full booking conditions will have been forwarded with the quotation and the Group Leader should complete and return this form to our Sales Office, together with the deposit.

When the deposit and booking form have been received, we will forward the Group Leader an invoice with details of the balance outstanding and payment schedule. Final payment is due 90 days before departure.
