Quality Group Accommodation on Tour
Casterbridge emphasises quality group accommodation in hotels and resorts that are clean, comfortable, safe, and convenient, and normally reflect the charm and character of the area you are visiting. In capitals and major cities, we use centrally located hotels that make sightseeing and use of public transport (cost always included) easy and efficient.
For our standard adult touring programmes, our group accommodation is in high-end 3-Star and 4-star hotels, with a private bathroom in each room guaranteed. They always offer comfort, peace of mind, and excellent value for money.
Whenever possible, we steer away from the large, impersonal, ‘concrete block’ hotels and, instead, seek out smaller, family-owned hotels that combining modern comforts with local character.
As further indication to our commitment to quality, both the group leader and the tour manager/guide evaluate all our hotels after every group’s visit. With the benefit of detailed feedback secured from this continuous assessment process, we only reuse those properties that receive the highest grades and are consistently well evaluated by our groups and tour participants.
Upgraded Group Accommodation
Casterbridge Tours has excellent contacts and buying power with hotel properties and group accommodation vendors around the globe, so we can provide any standard of accommodations for your group at a competitive rate.
We can always upgrade our standard hotels to guarantee superior tourist or first class hotels. We will custom design your group accommodation based on the specific needs of your group.
All-Inclusive Resorts
Many destinations offer the opportunity to stay in all-inclusive resorts. If this is what your group requires, Casterbridge will be pleased to oblige. These all-inclusive resorts can often be a wonderful option for family tours and incentive tours, but can also be a great option for alumni groups and adult groups in general.
These all-inclusive resorts often include three meals per day and all your drinks. Often, they also include group and individual activities, as well as music and entertainment. Be sure to ask your specialist Tour Coordinator about our all-inclusive resort options in your chosen destination.
Single Rooms
Our standard group tour packages are based on twin rooming for both paying participants and free-place group leaders. This includes both twin rooms (two twin beds) and double rooms (one full-size bed for two people to share). If you would prefer to stay in a single room throughout the group tour, we can provide a single room supplement to add to the overall tour cost.
The cost of a single room supplement will vary, based on your specific tour destinations and the level of group accommodation that has been included in your tour package. Your Tour Coordinator can provide estimates at the beginning of the tour planning process and actual costs once your tour has been booked and accommodations have been secured. We can also build in the cost of single rooms for free place group leaders. This would then be reflected in the overall tour costs for the paying participants. Be sure to mention your single room requirements when planning your program with a Tour Coordinator.
