Planet Earth Volunteer Experience Tours

Planet Earth has established contacts in over 100 locations where we can offer opportunities for civic engagement and community service projects for groups of all ages and interest levels across Africa, the Americas, Asia and Australasia. These service learning experiences range from 9 days to 21 days and include upward from two days of service to a nearly fulltime service trip.

These projects vary widely:

  • Village community projects in Cambodia
  • Working with schools and orphanages in South Africa
  • Building eco-friendly tourist lodges in a nature reserve in Chile

We always keep an element of travel in every programme, as well as cultural experiences and recreational activities, to ensure your participants receive a broader interaction with the culture and landscape of the country they are visiting.

Through our service-learning tours, we link academic study with the practical experience of community service and cultural immersion. We aim to provide our tour groups with a travel experience that meets high academic standards and delivers meaningful service that will make a difference to the communities and environment they have chosen to visit.
